| Jun Otsuka established the Greater China Trust in July 2004, which is a captive fund invested by Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Co., Ltd., The Trust invested in 7 companies located in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. He is the investment committee member of the MUS Roosevelt China Pacific Fund, LP which started investing in June 2006. Prior to his current job he was the Chief Executive of Mizuho Securities in Hong Kong from 1999 to 2003. He has been engaging in investment management and corporate finance business for more than 20 years. Steve Wang has more than 10 years of experience in investing in venture capital, growth stage private equity, special situations (pre IPO/private lending) investments and leading IPO/M&A transactions in the Greater China Region. Before joining MRC, Steve is an investment professional at Spinnaker Capital. He has also been working as an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank in Asia, leading cross border M&A and US/HK IPO transactions for Chinese companies.
